Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our goal at Sanatsa is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we deal in fashion, beauty, and footwear, certain hygiene and quality standards apply to all returns.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped by the seller. Once an order has been marked as "Shipped", it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return after delivery (subject to the item's return eligibility).

2. Return Eligibility (2-Day Policy)

For items marked as returnable, you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Clothing & Fashion: Unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.

3. Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
